1. Accepting these terms
By using Girls Weekend, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Girls Weekend provides
Girls Weekend is a group trip planning tool. It lets you create a shared page, vote on dates and destinations, share schedule links, build an itinerary, and split expenses. Some features require you to sign in with Google.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you add to a group page. By using the service, you give us permission to store and display that content to members of your group. You are responsible for what you and your group post.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Girls Weekend for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or to upload harmful content. Do not attempt to access another user's account or group page without permission.
5. Accounts and access
Signing in with Google lets you create and manage group pages. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. If you lose access, we may not be able to recover ownership of a group page.
6. Service availability
We do our best to keep Girls Weekend running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
Girls Weekend is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including travel decisions or financial disputes within your group.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms. You can delete your group pages and stop using the service at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
